The name really lives up to the hype. I started wearing them overnight and immediately noticed how much better my nose looked in the morning. Less puffiness, more snatched. It’s officially part of my bedtime routine. Also a bonus - I feel like it helps me breath better though out the night.

My surgeon told me to tape during recovery and I tried… but omg regular surgical tape is such a pain. I would honestly skip it some nights because I didn’t have the patience.
