Yes! RecoveryBabe's pre-cut nose tape removes easily and gently without irritating your skin. Here's how:
Standard Removal :
- Gently lift one corner of the tape
- Slowly peel away from your nose in a smooth, controlled motion
If you have extra sensitive skin, or want an even gentler removal experience:
- Dampen the tape with warm water or an oil-based cleanser
- Gently peel away once the adhesive has softened
Can I wear it overnight, while traveling, or after workouts?

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
